What is Weight Loss Plateau and what can you do about it?
Weight Loss Plateau is that place in your program where you just can't seem to get any more weight to come off. Poor digestion and lack of sleep cause weight gain. Poor digestion and constipation can cause obesity. Drinking water to lose fat can actually help breakdown fat quicker. Sudden weight gain after a car accidents is very prevalent because the nerve system goes into fight flight stress and shuts down. Lack of exercise causes obesity.
What other factors could cause weight gain or obesity?
- You lack proper hydrocholoric acid to breakdown fats and proteins
